Cooking with Mushrooms Workshop

Join us for a workshop with Dr. Cory Heyman, the owner and operator of Mighty Yough Foods, as we learn to cook with delicious mushrooms! This workshop will focus on basic, tasty recipes for everyday meals or special occasions. 

Participants will enjoy a four-course meal that includes a mushroom snack, an appetizer, a main course, and a unique mushroom-style dessert—our popular meringue cookies shaped like mushrooms, which often adorn Christmas Yule logs. We will also be serving mushroom coffee!
