Chef Jason Fickes? ?mixture of everything good? is an excursion to faraway lands and familiar favorites, borrowing from any and all ethnic and regional inspirations worthy of borrowing. This kind of ?informed? cuisine is what makes his menu exciting and memorable. Creative and intuitive as he is, Chef Fickes? food may be most remarkable for its loving preparation from fresh, local (when possible) ingredients.

Our meat and seafood is brought fresh and cut here. Fresh-cut meats and ?whole? ingredients make it easy for us to customize a dish for patrons with special dietary needs. Making our stocks, soups, sauces and dressings in-house gives us confidence in the quality and knowledge of what we?re serving.
