The CARC is a state of the art fitness and wellness complex housed on the Garrett College campus in the beautiful mountains of Western Maryland. The CARC offers a full size competition pool as well as a warm water pool. The competition pool is overlooked by a large spectator viewing deck, for competition viewing. A full fitness center also features cardio and free weight equipment. Garrett County Memorial Hospital GCMH is onsite offering PT services in the warm water therapy pool and an array of fitness programming is scheduled through Garrett College?s continuing education department.
