Registration opens at 10am for pre-carved pumpkin contest, followed by the greased pumpkin relay, the Great Pumpkin Regatta, where numbered pumpkins are released to ride the rapids of prizes and the "anything that floats" Hooligan race. More that $500 in prizes. Free admision; Races: $25 per team. Proceeds benefit the Dove Center (domestice vioence shelter).
