Phisbins-
For more than 25 years, Tim Beadling and Craig Apessos have been playing music together. They met in their freshman year at St. Vincent College in Latrobe and their paths were destined to cross.
Tim is a self-taught guitarist who learned on an acoustic and was influenced heavily by his older brothers, Billy and Boomer (R.I.P.), as well as Bob Dylan and the Grateful Dead.
Craig, on the other hand, took guitar lessons for about 6 months and grew up playing the electric guitar. He's a self-taught mandolinist, fiddler, and gut bucketeer. His earlier influences include Ted Nugent, Van Halen, ZZ Top, Neil Young and Uncle Nicky.
Terah Crawford-
The Terah Crawford Band is comprised of 5 full-time members. Terah Crawford fronts the band with a soulful voice and a love for classic rock and mountain music. She is joined by vocalist and rhythm guitarist Scott Alexander who adds depth to the sound with his chilling harmonies and unique voice. Bill Crawford adds a bluesy feel to many of the group’s tunes, laying it all on the line from his ’69 Gibson electric. He also brings some twang while wailing on his mandolin and fills out the sound with some rhythm guitar. Patrick Minovitz is more influenced by hard rock and heavy metal, but he enhances the sound with amazing guitar solos. His work on electric guitar, slide guitar, and bass are truly something to behold. Ben Bernard is the heart beat of the Terah Crawford Band, his addition of hand drums and snare provide just enough percussion to tie everything together. Made up of Garrett County natives, you can hear the Terah Crawford Band playing around the Deep Creek Lake and Oakland areas, as well as parts of West Virginia, including Morgantown.
