This course offers training in general office procedures, customer service, the art of listening, critical thinking, problem solving, and the power of words. Approximately half of the 64 hours of training will focus on technology and software applications, including Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and PowerPoint. Resume and cover letter writing, interviewing skills, and exploring tools for finding jobs are the final topics. After successful completion of all course requirements students will receive a Continuing Education Office Skills Certificate. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, beginning on April 21 and ending on June 11, from 5-9:15pm
