The second lecture, in a series of four, at the Oakland B&O Museum will be held Wednesday, July 23rd. The speaker will be Amtrak engineer, Bryan Paulus, and he will be talking about traveling by rail, Amtrak, CSX, and his books.
Seating is limited to 55 and the evening will begin at 6:00 with heavy appetizers, drinks and deserts catered by Catering by Champion. The cost is $25 per person and tickets can be purchased at Oakland City Hall or Helbig Insurance Agency. Volunteers will show people through the museum from 6:00 - 7:00 and then Mr. Paulus will begin his talk. Ticket sales will end on Monday the 21st and you can call Terry Helbig at 301-616-0661 if you have any questions.
