Nature/Landscape Photography is being offered through the Continuing Education and Workforce Development division of Garrett College. This four session class will meet at the Eye for Art Gallery in Oakland on Wednesday evenings, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. from June 3 through June 24. Absolute beginners are welcome along with those who have some past photography experience. The class will focus on natural subject matter and practice of skills of observation, photo composition, and aesthetic qualities. Participants will visit various locations and use light, form, and space to create interesting photographs. This class is being taught by Angie Sincell, an adjunct professor of Art at Garrett College and a practicing artist who focuses on darkroom fine art photography. She currently serves on the Garrett County Arts Council Board and recently opened Eye for Art Gallery & Studio where she hosts monthly art exhibits and offers other photographic services.
