U.S. Cellular Associates Will Help Smartphone Users Get Most out of Their Device OAKLAND, Md. The workshop is open to everyone, and you don't have to be a U.S. Cellular customer to attend. The workshop will be held on Nov. 18 at 6 pm at the U.S. Cellular retail store located at 13180 Garrett Highway, Oakland, MD, Phone: 301-334-6460. In addition, many people will be getting ready for the rush of holiday season. U.S. Cellular associates are available to assist people who want to evaluate options, help with questions, gift giving, or related apps.
