In celebration of Black History Month and as part of the Joan Crawford Lecture Series, a movie presentation and discussion, ?Proud? is scheduled for Monday, February 29 at 4 p.m. in Room 511 of the Garrett College McHenry campus. Discussion will be facilitated by Beth Luers, Professor of Humanities at Garrett College. She also coordinates the Joan Crawford Lecture Series presentations, which are offered free of charge each year to the community. In addition, she has went above and beyond on educating the College and the community on the Holocaust and survivors through her research and work.
