DESCRIPTION:CHANGE OF LOCATION - THIS EVENT WILL NOW BE HELD AT THE ELKS LODGE IN OAKLAND\n\n\n\nJason Hardesty has been battling lymphoma cancer since mid-July and is currently taking chemo treatments. Jason has worked for Lakeside Dock Sales for 21 years and has been off work since his diagnosis. Jason and his family found out recently he will be off work for several more months to allow his body to recover and to find out what the plan will be for his heart condition. Jason enjoys coaching league baseball as well and has dedicated himself as a coach over the years. If there was something he had extra time for it was being on the baseball field. Unfortunately\, Jason's workplace has nothing to offer such as short-term or long-term disability. Jason and his fiance have helped so many others within the community when needed and we feel it is now time to help their family during this difficult time. Having this benefit will help raise funds to help with any upcoming finances and living costs during their journey.
