"Fifteen for Felines"

Event Description
The HART Clinic will neuter male cats at $15 each, plus administer rabies vaccines, as part of the Spay/Neuter Day celebrated by the Humane Society of the United States in an effort to reduce the number of animals euthanized due to overpopulation. Appointments are taken on a first-call basis until the schedule is full. In 2012, 65 cats are scheduled for surgery.
